Our no contact protocols
Everybody needs to practice CDC, WHO, and NHI mandated social distancing. This is the most important thing that we as responsible citizens can do to help flatten the curve so that we can put this virus behind us. Wizard of Paws, with our NO CONTACT grooming service, carefully adheres to social distancing guidelines while providing essential care for your pet. If a pet owner is ill then we will postpone and reschedule the appointment until after any quarantine period is over for the individual.
When we arrive at the home, we will sanitize our hands and wear a mask before exiting the vehicle. Once, we have the van prepared for your dog we will let you know we are ready to greet your pet.
We ask clients to wear a mask upon greeting us outside. Once we have greeted you and your dog and have discussed the desired groom we will bring the dog to the van. Then we will put the pet directly into the tub and wash them with shampoo immediately for safety precautions.
After the groom is completed, we reverse the process and return the pet to the porch, tether, backyard, or agreed upon area.
Payment options: We will send invoices using Square Reader to your email address. Checks are acceptable as well.
Once we are back in the mobile salon we will immediately wash our hands. Then we will use our hospital rated disinfectant and will treat each part of the salon that the pet has touched.
